The Manly Kayak Centre friendly and experienced staff will introduce you to basic paddling techniques and set you up with the necessary kayak skills as well as provide you and your partner with all the equipment you need for a safe and fun kayaking experience.

- All equipment including kayak, paddles, life vests, and maps are provided
- Introduction to basic paddling techniques
- Make sure to bring paddling clothes, water shoes, and thongs for a short walk
- Sun protection is important so be sure to pack sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for your health and safety
- Bring a spare change of clothes for after your paddle
- To keep hydrated throughout the tour, bring some drinking water and some light snacks
- Guests will need to confirm that they can swim 150m
