Flauna = Float Therapy + Infrared Sauna. It's a 2-in-1 experience that will make for a hot and intimate day of wellness for you and your partner. During your float therapy session you will experience blissful sensory deprivation and new levels of relationship intimacy as you float in a highly concentrated Epsom salt water pool heated to your body temperature. In the infrared sauna your body will be heated directly by light technology helping you experience relief from pain, increased circulation and muscle relaxation. You can even enjoy your favourite tunes with the bluetooth connectivity offered in each sauna room. - 45 minute infrared sauna session followed by a 60 minute float therapy session in a highly concentrated Epsom salt water pool heated to your body temperature
- Each sauna room has bluetooth connectivity so you can bring your own music or use the time to meditate, whichever you prefer
- Each flotation room is private and equipped with private showers
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, showers and toiletries are provided
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment for your induction and to watch the instructional video
- Booking times may be subject to small changes based on providers availability
- Be sure to be well hydrated one hour before your sauna session. Each persons heat tolerance is different, but being properly hydrated will make it much more enjoyable
- The optimal sauna temperature is between 48-53 degrees
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants prior to your flauna session
- Avoid eating within a hour of your flauna session
- Each float therapy room is equipped with a float pool and private shower
- Float therapy is best done nude, so please be aware of that when deciding to float in pairs
- You will float naturally and with no effort so don’t worry if you don’t know how to swim
- Please ensure that you have not had any fake tan or hair dye applied in the last 14 days otherwise we will need to reschedule your experience
- Convert your booking into website credit free of charge with 72 hours notice before your booking
- Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
- In cases of bad weather, Urban Swan may reschedule your booking or provide you with a full refund
