This SUP lesson will take you and your partner through an hour of instruction focusing on balance, body alignment and stroke technique. After you've mastered the basics, finish your session with an hour of general hire to explore the beautiful waters of Manly Cove with your SUP board hire. Choose between a one-on-one session or join one a public lessons with other beginners.

- SUP Board and all safety equipment
- Safety training
- Get taught the basic paddle strokes and turns, correct stances on the board and to use the paddle for stability
- 1 hour lesson and 1 hour general hire
- Make sure you're equipped for the day and bring your own paddling clothes, sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen, a thermal top or wind breaker for cooler days, and a dry change of clothes for after the paddle!
- You will receive one hour of instruction and one hour of general hire to make the most of your paddle board experience
- You must be able to swim 150m unassisted to be able to participate in this activity
- Convert your booking into website credit free of charge with 72 hours notice before your booking
- Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
