On your adventure, you will solve clues to find various local producers who will gift you with an array of delicious items for an incredible picnic spread. Once you've collected all of your picnic items, you'll make your way to a beautiful picnic location with stunning views to lay out your blanket and enjoy your feast.
Inclusions in the Mystery Picnic in the Macedon Ranges: - A takeaway hot drink from a mystery cafe - A visit to 6 different mystery product stores to collect an arrangement of yummy food and non-alcoholic drinks for your picnic basket - A delicious picnic spread at a scenic mystery picnic destination; and - Clues and riddles to find each new mystery location (accessed via your smartphone).
Optional Upgrades for the Mystery Picnic in the Macedon Ranges: Upgrade your Mystery Picnic in the Macedon Ranges by adding: - A wine-tasting experience at a mystery cellar door for only an additional $10 per person; and/or - A bottle of wine to enjoy with your picnic for only an additional $10 per person. Please note you will have the option to choose your preferred variety on the day.
What You Will Need on the Mystery Picnic in the Macedon Ranges: - Your own car to travel between destinations on the day and a mobile phone with internet access to receive the clues. - You will also need to supply your own picnic basket (or bag to carry the food items in), a picnic blanket and some utensils for this adventure. Prior to your Mystery Picnic, we will provide you with a small checklist of items you will need to bring.
If you are "Buying a Voucher" or "Gifting this Experience", your voucher will remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, subject to the following: 1. If the Experience Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months, Mystery Adventures will preserve the amount paid for the voucher for a further 18 months but will not be obliged to offer the experience, nor at the same price. 2. After 18 months, if the price of the Mystery Adventures Experience has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. 3. After 18 months, all Experience Vouchers will automatically convert to a monetary value Gift Card. The monetary value of the Gift Card will reflect the original price of the Experience Gift Card voucher and will be valid for the remainder of your voucher period. The monetary value Gift Card can be used against any adventures currently available on the Urban Swan or Mystery Adventures website.
Booking Cancellations or Changes: If you wish to make changes to or cancel your Mystery Adventures Experience, you can request: - Changes or cancellation of any self-guided experience (excluding experiences with accommodation) up until 3 business days before your experience date. - Changes include, but are not limited to, the adventure itself, date time, people and/or dietary requirements. Any changes after the above times time may incur an additional cost.
