- Couples may choose to have the picnic set up in an alternative undercover location of their choosing which can also be their home or accommodation if within a 10km radius of the original location. If a couple wishes to postpone their picnic we require at least 48 hours notice

- Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
- In cases of bad weather, Urban Swan may reschedule your booking or provide you with a full refund
